The Tradition Continues
Each year BLC partners with our friends at Slater/Sheldahl UMC to host a Vacation Bible School experience for all kids pre-K to 5th grade. Older kids are invited to lead stories, songs, snacks, and crafts. This event is free, and it always makes faith formation fun.
Challenge Met!
VBS 2026 featured a "Snowball Mountain Challenge" with Ollie, snow cones, and water balloons (among other things). Bethlehem hosted as our friends from Slater/Sheldahl UMC partnered again to lead snacks, stories, and outdoor games. We'll do it again in 2027 with Slater UMC hosting! Join us for a little summer fun from 6p-8p nightly!
Want to Help Host?
We're always looking for adults and young people to help the VBS effort. There are openings every year for planners, snack preparers, craft leaders, story tellers, and song leaders. If you're interested in lending your gifts at BLC in this way, don't hesitate to contact Jess for more details!
